We offer a wide range of software products and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a Law Pavilion product, you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that Law Pavilion Product ("Product Terms").

Please review our Privacy policy, which also governs your use of Law Pavilion Products and Services, to understand our practices.

Our aim is to ensure accessibility to the website at all times however we make no representation of that nature and reserves the right to terminate the website at any time and without notice. You accept that service interruption may occur in order to allow for website improvements, scheduled maintenance or may also be due to external factors beyond our control.

All content included in or made available through any Law Pavilion Product, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of Law Pavilion and protected by Nigeria and International Copyright Laws.

Subject to your compliance with these conditions of use and your payment of any applicable fees, Law Pavilion or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Law Pavilion Products. All rights not expressly granted to you in these conditions of use are reserved and retained by Law Pavilion or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders or other content providers. No Law Pavilion Product may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Law Pavilion. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademarks, logo or other proprietary information (including images, text, pages, layout or form) of Law Pavilion without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Law Pavilion's name or Trademarks without the express written consent of Law Pavilion. You may not misuse the Law Pavilion services. The Licences granted by Law Pavilion terminate if you do not comply with these conditions of use.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and/or employees, as the case may be, free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees related to your breach of these terms of use and user Agreement.

If you use any Law Pavilion product, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Law Pavilion does not sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Law Pavilion reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

All items purchased from Law Pavilion are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. LAW PAVILION MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE LAW PAVILION PRODUCTS, OR THE INFORMATION CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE LAW PAVILION PRODUCT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAWS, LAW PAVILION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LAW PAVILION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE LAW PAVILION PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCT (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH LAW PAVILION PRODUCTS, SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES.

The term and any documents expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of the Terms and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and us, whether oral or in writing. Both you and we acknowledge that in entering into these terms, neither you nor we have relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written between you and us prior to such terms, except as expressly stated in the terms.

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is held by any court or tribunal to be invalid or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then that part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions of Sale and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other section listed in this document.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Assigning or sub-contracting any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third party is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing. These Terms and Conditions of use shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of use will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Nigeria in English and governed by Nigeria Law pursuant to the Arbitration and Concilliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the Information Technology field in Nigeria and is independent of either party.

You agree that if you are unsure of the meaning of any part of the Terms and Conditions of sale, you will not hesitate to contact us for clarification prior to making a purchase. These Terms and Conditions of Sale fully govern the sale of goods and services purchased on this site.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Nigerian Naira. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the site to our users; however, errors are inevitable. Where there are errors, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you already paid for the products.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe set out on our site; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timeframe. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. (Business day means Monday to Friday, except public/bank holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays). Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Refunds do not include any shipping handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
